Structured Cabling Technician
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lift and carry up to 80lbs
• Climb ladders up to 28’
• Work in Attics and other limited-space areas
• Bend, Kneel, Crouch and Stand for long periods of time
• Participate in Team meetings providing updated information of open tickets/projects.
IT Helpdesk Technician
TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Quickly answer helpdesk phone calls, with a positive attitude, and demonstrate to the client a willingness and desire to assist them with their technical issue, no matter how frustrating.
· Going on-site to client locations will occasionally be required.
· Work together as a part of the computer team to ensure that clients’ issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
· Make sure that service tickets are seen through to completion, either on your own, or through the proper channels of escalation.
· Ensure that time spent working on client issues is properly tracked and documented within the ticketing system.
